The role involves collaborating with hiring managers, understanding business requirements, and executing effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' suitability for various positions within the Sales, Customer Care, and Banking domains.
• Demonstrate proficiency in bulk hiring processes, especially for roles such as Sales Executives, Customer Care Executives, Loan Executives for Banking clients, and Outbound Sales Executives.
• Implement strategies to streamline and optimize bulk hiring procedures while maintaining quality standards.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for non-IT roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement activities.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract top talent.
